Veritas just can't seem to get it right

JEEEZ!!! Is Veritas ever going to produce a product that actually works?? I am an IT consultant and I have been using Veritas for the last 5 years, I run into problems all the time that say "There is no plan to resolve this issue with this version" so what do I do? I upgrade to the newest version and guess what?? There is a whole new set of problems to deal with. I am so sick of these issues, Does anyone know of another backup software vendor that has reliable software?

PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER VERITAS, YOU ARE MAKING MY LIFE A LIVING HELL TRYING TO SUPPORT MY CLIENTS!!!!! I am tired of getting the phone call.. "Our backups failed again" I know this software inside and out,adn the problems never end!!!!!!!
