Version 10 License Key Upgrade

I have 4 Veritas CALs, a server license. For the server and 3 CALs, I got an upgrade package in the mail from 9.1 to version 10. For one of my CALs (under a support agreement) I did not get this. I've called and left messages with customer service, and have previously emailed.

Anyone know how I can get my Version 10 serial for this CAL?

Call Veritas Sales and don't leave a message, speak to someone. They provided me with all the serial numbers I needed.
