Version 10d isn't working with Iomega REV usb

I have been using version 9.1 successfully with the Iomega REV usb for over a year. I just upgraded to version 10d and the Veritas can't see the REV drive anymore. I have tried to reinstall the driver for the REV, but at no avail.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also check the footnotes given in the document related to the corresponding tape device.
