This issue is most commonly found where the "Job Log default options" is set to "Summary information, directories, and files processed." or "Summary Information and directories processed". This in turn, takes more CPU cycles to process (converting xml to htm) the big job logs.
Presently, the workaround to resolve such issue is to set the "Job Log default options" to "Summary information only". To do this, please follow the steps mentioned below:
1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
The Options - Set Application Defaults dialog box appears.
2. On the Properties pane, under Job Defaults, click Job Logs
3. Select the option: "Summary information only".
