Want to know exact patch release date

Dear VERITAS guys

I am affected with the problem about Backup Exec 10. The Job Engine service mostly stops during backup job is running, as described in support document

Due to my customer concern, I really want to know about the release date of the patch which solve this problem. Please help reply me your plan ASAP.

We cannot comment on the release of any patches.
However we would like to know if you have enable password protection for your media. If yes, disable password protection of media in backup jobs.
