I'd just like to congratulate you on the worst, the most pathetically un-tested and aggravating software upgrade ever. Well done. Seriously, well done. Two weeks after upgrading to 11d I am still having to sort out the absolute clusterf*ck that our backup "solution" has become.

So, once again, THANKS.

Your support is utter sh*te too.
