10.d Unable to restore after upgrade Win 2000 to 2003

Hi,

Our Backup Exec 10.d restore function stopped working after Windows upgrade from version 2000 to 2003.

Error message:
Final error: 0xe000fe29 - Authentication failed on connection to the server. Make sure that the user account has the appropriate permissions and that the password was typed correctly.
Final error category: Security Errors

I've tried to follow advices from http://eventlookup.veritas.com/eventlookup/EventLookup.jhtml?EvtID=V-79-57344-65065 but it didn't help - changing the BE System Logon Account doesn't work. User account I'm using for BE is a domain administrator so I don't understand why there is a problem with permissions ??
