What are the real system requirements for Backup Exec 11d for Windows SBS 2003

I have been looking through the documentation and noting the processor and memory requirements for Backup Exec 11d for Windows Small Business Server 2003.  Are the listed requirements realistic?

Minimum memory 256 KB
Recommended memory 512 KB

The server that it will be installed on is running SBS 2003 with Exchange 2003 and SQL Server with a custom SQL application.  The server is a Dell PowerEdge 1700 with 1 GB of RAM and a single processor.

How will Backup Exec 11d run on this system?  My guess is extremely slow to not at all.

Also, has anyone experienced problems running Backup Exec 11d for SBS 2003 on the same server as Exchange?

Thank you in advance,

Those should probably be MB rather than KB ;)

If you are backing up to tape, I think performance wouldn't be bad at all with that system. The Dell Poweredge 1700 has fast buses, so should be able to shift data from one place to another fairly quickly.
1GB of RAM won't pose an issue for BE - it'll run fine with that much memory. Provided Exchange and SQL can supply the data fast enough, I don't think you'll have any (performance related) issues.

More memory is always handy with Exchange though...
