What has been the Average time for upgrade from 10d to 11d

I started my upgrade this morning @ 10:00am EST and it is now 9:30pm EST and I still have the "Please Wait" screen.  What has been the average time to upgrade?  Is it still working, or do you think it has locked up.  Event Logs show nothing, TaskMgr shows still running.  My nightly backups were supposed to start... arrgh!

Sometimes the "Click Next to Continue" (or equivalent) dialogue box will pop up behind the BE installation progress screen and the install will be waiting for a response.  Might want to click, hold  and drag the installation progress screen to the corner of the monitor and check to see if this is the case.
