Where is ralus.cfg

Hi

We have changed IP subnet and off course the media server (v 12) is now not able to see the mac server running 11D agent for MAC.  As I can read in the administration guide we should change IP address in the ralus.cfg but where is it?

hi,

if you have upgraded backup exec to 12, you need to upgrade the remote agent on the mac server as well.

Just changing the IP address in ralus.cfg may not resolve the issue.

SO, uninstall rams on the MAC server first. Download the new version of remote agent from www.backupexec.com. Go to the Backup Exec 12 trialware download and download the Remote Agent for Linux, Unix and MAC servers (single installer).
