Where to Download 2010 R3?

I have Backup Exec 2010 R2 and currently experiencing the slow backup as described here http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH76051.  I tried to download BE 2010 R3 by following the link https://www4.symantec.com/Vrt/offer?a_id=93355 from this KB http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH159557 but the download is only for BE 2012.  

Where can I download BE 2010 R3?
