Do you know when I can check which patch I installed ?
I've try to click "About VERITAS Backup Exec for Windows Servers" at help, it only show Versio 9.1 Rev. 4691.

I remember I have installed the SP3, show can you told me where can I check what patch do I installed in Veritas ?

Thanks!

Hello,
kindly refer the following document and check whether the files are changed.

http://support.veritas.com/docs/278302

If the files are changed then the SP3 is installed.

Did you also install the remote agents?
After any upgrade you need to install the remote agents again.
