Why is the Symantec Knowledge Base so useless?

Half the results are irrelevant and the other half the time clicking search more than once breaks it.  Can Symantec do something about it?

Maybe use google.

11D is too new for them to post all the issues and resolutions.   It takes Symantec 6 months to do this.  The forum is a better place to go.

The Symantec web sites are way behind.  On their DirectAssist site they don't even list 11d and it has been out for 6 months.

I agree about Direct assist. I just put 10d down there and then in the body i put that its 11d.
