Hi,
customer has BE11d running on W2k3 servers. One of them has the remote agent installed and shows the following stop every second or third night when backup runs:
STOP: 0x0000003F (0xA,0xB,0xC,0xD) NO_MORE_SYSTEM_PTES
Microsoft has decoded the dump and told us the stop comes from the vsp.sys driver.
We found an update at http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/264490.htm? but it says it is for BE 9 only.
Can we use it for 11 d also?
We have offered the customer an upgrade to BE 12 already but need to know if the above mentioen problem will be solved in BE 12.
