Writing only around 62 GB on LTO1

Hi,
 
We have IBM SLX 4560 with two HP LTO1 Drives using  FUJIFILM LTO1 Tapes.
 
On some JOB it is writing around 120 GB but for some it is writing around 62 GB.
 
May I know what will be the reason behind this?
