Unable to backup, Veritas Prompts Error "0xe00084af"

Hi

I encounter the below error.  It's a new installation, able to backup system state but not local C: & D: drive.  I am running Veritas ver 10.0 Rev.5484 + SP5, on a Windows 2003 SP2 R2 environment

I followed the recommended URL but still it doesn't resolved.

Hi,

To resolve this issue apply 10.0 5520 Hotfix 1 on the server being backed up which allows interoperability between Backup Exec for Windows Servers 10.0.5520 and VERITAS Continuous Protection Server on the same media server.
