backing up domino databases

hello,

i've installed backup server for windows server and the agent for domino on a remote server (wich is the domino server)

i can select the domino databases in my selection (i can select : "databases on myserver | F:" where myserver is the name of the server and f the drive

But my job finds only one directory with 224 Kb to back up

the job ends without error,
i tried to find a solution on this site, and i tried some of the solutions shows but nothing works.

so, if someone could help me, it would e really nice

Which solution did you try?

Have you applied HF 17? If not apply hf 17 and test backup:
