backing up microsoft navision

hi ,
we are using version 10 to backup navision,and although it completes it takes nearly 9 hours to backup 5gb of data.
im wondering is there a compatability issue with veritas or do i need an open file agent or sql agent??or other??
we have tested the same tape and drive with non-navision data and backed up 5gb in under 30 mins-perfect.
all navision clients are logged out,although the server is still running it,navision support have asked me to ask yourselves as they have no suggestions!!

As we don't provide an agent for 'Microsoft Business Solutions - Navision Database Server' we suggest you to take an offline backup or test our AOFO for backing up the live database.
