backup exec 10 error

 Hi 
Am doing a full backup of network and getting the following error:

Final error: 0xe0009413 - An error occurred during the snapshot cleanup, or could not locate a snapped volume from which to back up.
Final error category: System Errors

Backup was working until I did a restore last week and now I keep getting this error.  Network is w2k3 Active Directory mixed.  BackupExec 10.  I tried a hot fix from Microsoft but no luck. Any idea please

  It seems like the server being backed up h
In the Veritas console:
Tools --> Wizards --> Advanced Open File Option Wizard
Choose the server with the issue, and then work through the wizard to increase the maximum cache file size on it.

 must have deleted it.

Hello,

Exclude folder named : Backup Exec AOFO Store from all the Drivers from the Anti-Virus Scan. This is stopping it from cleaning the snapshot information.

I am backing up 40gb of data from the server that is causing the problem.  My disk free space is 215gb and I have a Backup Exec AOFO Store folder on that drive.  

On 041805 I ran a backup with manual settings for the snapshot cache file settings (VSP)as follows:
Initial= 0MB  Maximum= 50MB
This resulted in a failed backup with the following error:
Snapshot provider error (0x46B): A potential deadlock condition has been detected.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
Snapshot error during backup. Set has been canceled.

So I went back to the default and now it fails with the recent error.  I am going to try your suggestions on tonights backup.
