backup exec 10 remote agent can not work with windows firewall

I followed all the steps of Document ID: 276250
the server cannot be selected in Backup Selections.

Any idea?

- Have you updated the Remote Agent after applying the service pack?
- Is the service Remote Agent running under LSA?
