DLO Runtime Error

I have three users that are getting a Runtime Error causing the DLO agent to quit. They are all using the same type of computer with WinXP SP2. This seems to be somehow related to Outlook. I have installed SP1 and Hotfix 8 and reinstalled the agents and we are still getting the error. Has anyone seen this before or have any suggestions?
