what are the agents to be used in backup exec 2012 for for sharepoint 2010 and MS SCSM2012 ( MS Service manager) .

For each Sharepoint farm, you buy a licence for the Agent for Applications and Databases.  MS SCSM2012 is not supported by any agent directly.
