backup exec 9.1 and hp 72 gig usb dat drive

I have a client that i recently upgraded there backup .. they are using 9.1 and it does not detect the drive. 2003 server does see it and the tapes. i updated to sp5 and still not seen in backup exec. is there anything else that can be done to get it to reconize other than upgrading ..

v9.x does not support USB tape drives, only USB HDs
