backup exec agents problem.

dears,

kindly note that i have a problem with backup exec 12.5  agents , when i installed the agent on clients machines , i keep restarting many times and after a while the following message appeared

" ( SID: 22882)  SMB critical file tamper protection activity detected. "

note: we installed the agent using push mode and manually and the result is the same..
we have installed SEP 11.X on our machine .

 Hi 

   Please check in the windows event logs if you have any error related to Symantec Tamper Protection.  You can try either by disabling endpoitn protection manually or just the the RAWS directly excluded from the SEP , Tamper protection from it's GUI.
