be 2010 sp1 error code E000FEDF

Last week after updating customer  be 2010 sp1  to the  latest updates i see error after backup runs system state backup

V-79-57344-65247- A failure occurred reading an object. 

WARNING: "System?State\System Files\System Files" is a corrupt file. This file cannot verify.

i found this article that sugest examing BE in debug mode  and find the corrupt file

but without any help '

Hi,

Check and make sure that an antivirus isn't blocking the backup of the System State.

If not, deselect the System State, close off the selection list, and then reselect it.

Do you see this error while backing up media server itself or some remote server?

have you tried rebooting the server?

yes its the media server and i tried rebooting with no help

Are you using BE 2010 R3?  If not, you should upgrade to R3.  Your existing licence keys will work.
