beremote keeps crashing

This problem just started happening.  I added our Exchange 2003 server to this backup server and wasn't able to backup mailboxes so I followed this document: http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/289815.htm

Now I am able to backup exchange but Backup Exec keeps crashing.
Here are some of the errors I am getting:

Faulting application bengine.exe, version 11.0.7170.7, faulting module bengine.exe, version 11.0.7170.7, fault address 0x00000000001f30db.

Faulting application beserver.exe, version 11.0.7170.12, faulting module beserver.exe, version 11.0.7170.12, fault address 0x00000000001f32d8.

Faulting application BkupExec.exe, version 11.0.7170.0, faulting module rpcrt4.dll, version 5.2.3790.3959, fault address 0x0000000000008190.

Faulting application wmiprvse.exe, version 5.2.3790.3959, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 5.2.3790.4062, fault address 0x000000000000dd10.

Can anyone shed some light on this?  I have been running this system flawlessly for a few months and now it is crashing everyday and my backups are all failing.

Thanks.

Hi gshawns,

Have you try to uninstall and reinstall the remote agent .

Also verify you are not backup g DFS using the DFSR writer.

Thanks for the info, I will look into that a little more.
Just to clarify, it is not the agent on a remote server that is crashing, it is the media server itself...

If you disable encryption, the job will complete successfully. Please post your server specifications so that we can try to find a common denominator.

Hi Shawn.

Not sure if this will help but I ended up doing a "repair" installation in Add/Remove Programs.  Then I re-ran all my LiveUpdates and the problem hasn't come back.
