Job History Custom Filters

We are running BUExec 10d Rev 5629 on a W2K server. All other custom filters work correctly except for filtering based on the Job Name:

Under Job History we would like to create a custom filter using a wildcard for the Job Name. According to the Help for Job Name, if you type the job name bat it interprets it as *bat*. However, this doesn't work for us.

No matter how many characters are involved or if we use an asterisk or not, it does not list a filtered history based on the Job Name. If we leave the Job Name blank, it shows all 5000 records. If we type in an exact job name, it will only show that history. Neither option works for us.

Would appreciate any help resolving this issue (short of reinstalling the app).

Reinstall did not resolve the problem. No one has any other ideas?

This did not resolve the problem. I think the documentation is wrong.
