beremote not loading from bestart

backing up novel boxes with win2k BE9.1 and I was getting slow backup times. now, i find out that the beremote on the novel boxes is not loaded. I have it set as

"load sys:\bkupexec\nlms\bkupexec.nlm -tr"

and it still doesn't load it. I can manually load it no problem.

I can't find anythign on veritas that explains this. everythign I read is that it should load from that switch.

DO teh bestop an bestart so that it will load the beremote.

thank you. I have read and read all of the documents and still nothing. I have since moved on seeing how nobody could solve my problem. I now backup the windows boxes from novell and getting speeds 100x faster this way.

and yes, tech support over the phone could not help. I have come to the conclusion that it was the conversion from novel to windows was the problem. but going form windows to novell is a lot better and I recommend it to anyone.
