cannot backup winsmtp.mdb and tmp.edb with advanced open file option

Dear All

I have a problem.
'Advanced Open File Option' is installed with Backup Exce 10.0 in Windows 2003. But winsmtp.mdb and tmp.edb are skipped during backup.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\dhcp\tmp.edb - skipped.
Unable to open the item C:\WINDOWS\system32\wins\winstmp.mdb - skipped.
How can I backup those two files?
Please help
