communication stalled

I know this was an issue on 11d and 10 I think. Has anyone seen this on 12 yet? I am running into this when trying to run a simple inventory. Drivers are right, the tape drives are seen as online. Help would be greatly appreciated.

We had the exact same issue with a Powervault 132t.  Reinstalling BackupExec worked for us (after 2 hours on the phone with symantec and they gave up)
