e000848c HEX error on IDR Restore

When attempting and IDR restore I get to the step PAST selection the *.dir file and it's selection, but as the restore continues I get the error "Unable to attach to one of the drives" e000848c HEX is reported when a restore job fails. The full backup was recreated, but I continue to get the same result.

This is a restore over our WAN. I triple checked the password and it is correctly entered.

Additionally I am able to select the set to restore, then I get the error.

Additionally, if you are running remote IDR, please check if the remote agent has been installed on the machine with the help of the command "netstat" in the DOS window. To start the command line, use the keys control+z.
