Tape drive is a single, stand alone IBM ULTRIUM-HH4 LTO4 connected via SAS to our backup server.  Backup server is not virtual - Windows 2k8R2x64.  B2D is using local storage.

ERROR: e000e020 - The job was scheduled to run, but the availability window closed before the job could start. There may not have been any destination devices available during the window, or the job may have been submitted to run when the window was closed.

Configuration:
4 vmware servers being backed up disk to disk to tape.  Configured via policies as follows:

SERVER-a
(B2D) Schedule: M-F 8:00pm to 7:59pm (the following day)  Completes in about 5 hours
(D2T) duplicate job, scheduled T-S 8:00am to 7:59am (the following day)  overwrite

SERVER-b
(B2D) Schedule: M-F 9:00pm to 8:59pm (the following day)  Completes in about 4 hours
(D2T) duplicate job, scheduled T-S 8:05am to 8:04am (the following day)  append, should queue behind server-a and run when tape drive is available

SERVER-c
(B2D) Schedule: T-S 1:00am to 12:59am (the following day)  Completes in about 3 hours
(D2T) duplicate job, scheduled T-S 8:10am to 8:09am (the following day)  append, should queue behind server-b and run when tape drive is available

SERVER-d
(B2D) Schedule: T-S 3:00am to 2:59am (the following day)  Completes in about 4 hours
(D2T) duplicate job, scheduled T-S 8:15am to 8:14am (the following day)  append, should queue behind server-c and run when tape drive is available, eject

All B2D jobs seem to run just fine.  Every D2T job ends in error: e000e020.  The selection lists do not have automatic cancellation set.
I've read in other posts that this could have something to do with DST.  We are in AZ and don't observe DST, so that shouldn't be an issue.

As it is a standalone drive you have to put the media inside the drive intime. Are you doing that?

Media unavailability also causes this error.

We have verified that media is in the drive.  We are gong to run another test tomorrow morning to check results.
