Here's what I have:
BE v11d
Dell PowerVault 124T LTO-3
The problem: After conducting an inventory of all media in the robotic library, results only show 8 tapes instead of 16. (Reading only left magazine containing 8 tapes)
What I've done so far: Configured the PV to switch to the right mag, recycled power on PV, selected Inventory... on BE. After this point is where I got the nasty error 0xe000e005. Reviewing the BE error logs, it said "Library error - invalid element address" 
What does it mean and more importantly, how do I fix it?
