error_crc "Unload rewind faliure!"

I am using veritas 9.1 and am sparatically getting a generic CRC error. In the event viewer the error is "Unload Rewind Failure" I have looked at the solutions on veritas but wonder if you have any more information for this specific error. It happens on different tapes at different times.

Never ran into this specific error, but sporadic CRC errors usually indicate tape drive hardware problems.
