error during install

When I try to install Veritas 10 I get an error message that says:
"error 1606:could not access network location \IDR\Data."

Originally I had to uninstall Veritas due to another problem and now I am trying to re-install it.

How can I fix this error and install Veritas?

Hi,

-Is it a upgrade from previous version to BEWS 10? Have you uninstalled older version of the backup exec and now installing BEWS 10.0?
-Under which account backup Exec Services are running ?

-paste here the exact error message from bkupinst.log File. (Find this file in WINNT\WINDOWS Folder)

-Explain your environment in detail.
