exchange 2003 with BE 2012 not showing retstore seelction

hi,

I'm running in to a problem when trying to restore with BE2012 single items from a Exchange 2003 backup from tape.

i can see in the restore selection "Microsoft Inforamtion Store" --> and under dates from where the snapshot was taken, when i try to expand the date nothing is displayed

Please help me ouy with this one

When the backup was performed was GRT enabled on backups. If it was, try to duplicte the job to disk and see if you get the GRT information for restore.
