For some reason, I am unable to open the job log which you posted.

However, this msg indicates backup is failing on the system state resource ~

V-79-57344-65247 - A failure occurred reading an object. 

If using any AV on the server, ensure it has an exclusion for beremote.exe. This is a pretty generic error & this KB should help you narrowing it down further - http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH50883
