how to enable Advanced Open File Option

Hi i alway get the error message from my backup exec that complaining corrupted files. i found there is a solution that i have to enable the Advanced Open File Option in my backup exec, but i found i can't select this option. do i need to stop the service first ? or anything i missing?
pls. help!

Hi Joseph,

To enable the Advanced Open file option, you need to purchase and install the AOFO license key.

has this key been installed on the media server?

are you getting these errors while performing local backups or remote?

i didn't perchase this option ....so i can't use it.

well, actully this problem occure sometime when backupexec enconuter some exchange pst files during the daily incremental backup.
anyother work arround ??
