how to move a be server to another ?

Hello

I run a BE 11d 7170 server up to date with local database.

the server is windows 2000 SP4

I want to transfert all jobs and all parameters to a new windows 2003 SP2 server.

Additionnaly, i want to store the database on a third SQL 2005 server (if possible)

How to do that ? with beutility.exe ?

in which order must I do this ?
