how to set up a backup job for exchange server 2007

Hi,
 
  we are using Symantec Back up Exec 11d as the Backup software. We are trying to create a new backup job to backup exchange. we have exchange server 2007. we installed the Back up Remote Agent on the Exchange server. We are using the Administrator account to run the Remote Agent. We are running the backup software on another server which is 32-bit windows server 2003. We didn't install the Remote Agent on this server. While creating the new backup job for exchange, we couldn't find Exchange Information Store option under the Exchange server. We are using the same Administrator account to run the backup software. And we gave the Exchange server Administrator role to the Administrator account.
 
Please let us know the solution.

Are you on build 7170 of v11d?
 
Have you installed the Exchange Module serial on the media server?

we are using version 11.0.6235. I just downloaded the update version 11.0.7170. Do I need to run this update on the exchange server also?

You will need to update the agents.
 
RAWS will not require a reboot
 
AOFO (if you have it) will require a re-boot after updating
