job hangs on remote agent verify / W2008 SBS server / XP SP 3 remote machine

Hello.

A job backing up a  W2008 SBS 64-bit server and a folder on a remote xp sp3 machine. When the job does not verify the jobs complete. When verify is on for the job, the job hangs while trying to verify the remote XP machine.
I am using BE 12.5 Rev 2213.

does this "hang" end up in a final failure message?
Does the job complete if you deselect the verify option?

Hi,

no final failure message. I have to abort the job. If I deselect the verify option the jobs completes succesful.

What is the DATA that you are backing up on Win XP Machine?

It is a backup of a filemaker database. For each day a folder.

No. I am not using AOFO.

Hi Michael,

Are you seeing anything in the Alerts tab when the Verify runs?

No I am not, but if I use AOFO there is no error/hang  while verify. So using AOFO does it.
