migrar a backup exec 2012

tengo la version backup exec 2010 R2, he intento pasarme a la 2012 ... necesito verificar si con la licencia que tengo puedo hacer la migracion a la version 2012 ... 

como realizo este procedimiento?

Instead of upgrading to BE2012 I would suggest you to upgrade to BE2014 which will be

released next week.

The licence for BE 2012 is not the same as the licence for BE 2010, so you would have to get new licences before you upgrade to BE 2012.  To get the new licences, you either contact the Symantec Licensing department or logon to http://my.symantec.com

If you decide to wait for BE 2014, the procedure for obtaining new licences for BE 2014 is the same as the above.

If you are on a current maintenance contract, then the upgrade to either BE 2012 or BE 2014 is free.

Hello John,

   ANNOUNCEMENT.... Backup Exec 2014 is now available. You can install Backup Exec 2014 on Windows 2012 as well as Win 2012 R2. Also Remote agent installation of BE 2014 is now supported on these OS.
