print notification problem

environment: w2K server with sp4
domain member
BE: 9.1 with SP2 stand-alone for this server
no network backups
printers: Fax, 2 Winfax print queues and a Xerox
WorkCentre queue (set up locally)

problem: when I attempt to set up a print notification it does not list all available printers. It lists fax & winfax printers but does not list the Xerox queue.

So far I've tried:
1) Stopping and Starting the Services numerous times
over a three day span.
2) Repairing the SQL database (didn't need it but thought
I'd give it a shot)
3) Adding an additional local printer
4) Deleting the Xerox queue and recreating it

Anybody got any ideas ?

Really dumb question first -

If you logon as the BackupExec Service account, is the Xerox defined as one of your printers?
Can you see and print to the Xerox printer from there?

Please check whether the services are running under domain account all services except the remote agent service should run under domain account and remote agent service runs under local system account.

Thanks for the assist, Shavari.

That resolved the problem. I changed the services to run under the domain account and also used the same account to connect to the media server.
