I've just received my Symantec Product Upgrade email and went through the process of upgrading my old 11d licenses to the new version 12.0. Now that I try to use the license key for "Bakup Exec Premium Edition", it fails giving me a prompt that says "An invalid license key has been entered. Please verify the key and try again."
I've double checked that I properly upgraded the license and double checked that I'm entering the license key properly. The other upgraded keys install without a problem.
Any help would be most appreciated.
