In this support page, http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/261457.htm it talk about changing some registry entries.
The registry on my Server 2003 doesn't show any of those entries.
Do I need to create this entry or is it located somewhere else?

thanks!

Refer to http://seer.support.veritas.com/docs/193940.htm . It details how to add the registry value. It says in the document that it is not recommended for use with Exchange, but it is an older article and it is the exact same Registry key that article 261457 references to be changed.

Hi,

As suggested please refer TN http://support.veritas.com/docs/193940 to create this key.

As per our previous reply, marking the case as "assumed answered" and moving it to "answered questions" pool.

I too am having this issue. I was curious as to where I should add the registry key.

Should I add the key to the media server, the Central Admin server, or both?

Thank you
