Hi Support,
I have an error when configure BE11d remote agent for oracle on Oracle DB Server it show message "Unable to validate Oracle database credentials" and I tried to follow up the symantec document which relate with error but it's still occur. I make sure that the account and my configuration are corrected. This is an information about the environments
1.) Oracle for Windows version 9i (Upgrade from version 7.3) run on Windows Server 2003 32-Bit
2.) Backup Exec 11d version 11.0 Rev. 7170 run on Windows Server 2003 32-Bit and Remote Agent is a same version also
Anyone can help me for solve this error?
