re-using licenses

may i ask if i can get out the license key and i do not need to reconfig the same setting, can i only uninstall BE in old PC and install BE in new PC...with one license??   Do I uninstall BE can free the license key or i need to do any deactivate action ??? Thanks!!!

You just need to decommission the old server and install the license key in the new server
