remote agen services stop during backup

Dear all,

Need advice, i got problem with my backup exec,  the backup falling failed caused the remote agen suddenly stop during backup, Im using windows server 2003 also my client server.

below the error reports :
error: 0xe000fe30 - A communications failure has occurred. Final error
category: Server Errors For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-65072

V-79-57344-65072 - The connection to target system has been lost. Backup set canceled.

Any one can help my problems..???

Check the events viewer of the remote server to see what is the cause of the remote agent failure.

As a workaround, you can set the BE remote agent service to automatically restart itself.  See below.

what kind of data you are trying to backup. On the server that you are trying to backup type the below command in the cmd prompt

vssadmin list writers and check for any error message. if you see any error then reboot the server.

Also please make sure the remote server raws is updated to the latest version.
