i have been getting communication errors when attempting to backup remote clients (xp and 2000). the backup would only backup a few files before failing. i removed remote agent from the clients and the backup works. if i put remote agent back on i get the same errors. any suggestions?
Try excluding beremote.exe for the XP firewall and see if it helps!
