restore job has been queued for 2 hours now - not running

I tried to restore a folder from last nights backup, it sits at queued, has been there for two and a half hours.

job history shows it running.

go to devices, and server shows online,
stand alone drive shows ready,
drive itself shows ready.

the drive is a PV-110T-DLT-VS80

any ideas?

Please check the event viewer for any errors?
what file are you restoring?
Was the backup successful?
